I have a patience, patience is important to customers, who often reach out to support when they are confused and frustrated, but it's also important to the business at large. I have the ability to really listen to customers which is so crucial for providing great service where you need to be attentive. I can relay clearly the information to customers and to keep it simple and leave nothing to doubt. I can work for a fast paced environment and easy to be trained because without knowing your product from front-to-back, you won't know how to help customers when they run into problems. Those are just a few of skills I have which a Customer Service should posses.
