12 years of experience handling both inbound and outbound sales campaigns, I've done customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, sales verification, research & data entry, recruiting and acquisition.

The campaigns I have handled were Yellow Pages calling businesses offering online listings, janitorial campaign calling decision makers with regards to their cleaning services. Merchant campaign offering cash advance to businesses, telecom offering long distance service to consumers. Also, I have experience with real estate campaign, I was a customer service representative at the same time a sales call agent offering lists of pre-foreclosure properties that are for rent to own. I was a recruiter as well recruiting legal staffs. I've done Appointment setting for ADT Security systems, Collection firm, IT companies, and also Search Engine Optimization. I have 4 years experience with real estate sales and as a real estate virtual assistant and acquisition manager for an investor.

I also handled database management, email handling, training of new agents and any task asked by clients.

I do research and data entry. I research information like name, address, phone number, email address, websites and other details needed by clients on various sites and save them on Excel spreadsheets or Google Docs.

I've been one of the top sellers of my batch doing up-selling, appointment setting and closing sales, also meeting the client's parameters and my daily quota.

I work hard and learn things quickly, skilled and competent in both oral and written English communication, proficient in computer software like Microsoft Office applications and Google docs.
