Profile Description

I'm currently working as a Virtual Customer Service Manager in one of a well known Online Travel Agent company which advertise on yoga retreats, martial art training, and culinary holiday. The main role of the customer service manager here is to follow up for a reply from the organizer to the customers inquiries. Emails and international calls is a routine daily tasks.
Apart of those, acquiring new members to join for the partnership program is essential task to make the business continuously to develop in a bigger scope. To achieve, a cold call and email to potential members are being done to promote the company services.
In a weekly basis, a customer service manager will do a research in organizer database to add up retreat listings to be advertise in the task pad for editing and publishing purposes. Sometimes we may also involved in the editing and publishing process or even doing a proofread prior and after the publishing. The editing part here is mostly a copy writing with several adjustment to perfection only.
Finally, the Customer Service Manager will also assist to carry out on any administration tasks or duties assigned by the Regional Manager.
