Profile Description

I was a televerifier in Comprehensive Credit Services, Incorporated. I was the one who does background checks to those applicants in a call center company through telephone. I am also knowledgeable in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. As a hobby, I am helping my relative to record and file documents in his Bookkeeping company.
In additional, I also have experience in customer service. I have been a Counter-person in Golden Donuts, Inc, and an Usherette in SM Cinema. So I can tell you that dealing with customers is my forte. And I'm interested to be a customer support through e-mail or chat.
