I am an experienced Call Centre professional with exposure to chat and email as a Customer Service Associate. I previously worked for Dell electronics wherein I was a Chat agent, then I became an email support for a UK dating site wherein I was handling emails. I am with the BPO industry close to 9 years wherein I was able to learn a lot of things. With my work I am able to utilize my skills and knowledge in data entry and email. I am now building my online presence as a virtual coworker.
During my free time, I spend time doing crafts like beading and sewing.
