I started with the BPO industry since 2005, as a customer service representative, we processed orders for the customers after we sent out catalogs, its a credit card pooling campaign, I was appointed as as supervisor after 5 years and handled 20-25 agents and monitor their performances such as handling time, quality call and service level, I need to ensure that they'll be able to hit their target at the end of the week, provide coaching sessions on a daily basis towards behavior and their performances, I got appointed as an account manager after 2 years in which I handled 5-6 supervisors that also focuses on their teams performances.` Here's for now I will tell all the details during interview.
