Profile Description

With 20 years professional work experience, mostly managerial, in the Customer Service, Marketing and Leasing/Retail industries and gained in established major corporations in the Philippines (telecommunications and malls). I also worked abroad (in Doha-Qatar) and have experienced working in a multi-cultural environment.
As a graduate of Communication Arts/Mass Communication, I have excelled at news writing, proof-reading, editing, feature writing and the like (I was News Editor on my Junior Year at the college school paper and was eventually promoted to Associate Editor and Editorial Board member on my Senior Year).
In my work, I have drafted numerous inter-office memos, client letters, corporate email correspondence, sponsorship letters,etc. and was known to be very proficient in business correspondence (underwent a short course in Effective Business Writing from Speech Power Academy).
I can also produce company profiles and web content for a product/brand. Can create various promotional campaign and do direct email marketing.
Well-exposed in social media and updated on current apps. As a retail professional, I also have ample knowledge on store/retail operations and mall management and leasing guidelines and operations
