QA Tester | Software Test Engineer

I have experience in article writing, starting from my time in college where I was part of the campus publication. I wrote news, feature, and editorial pieces, and some of my work was even published in a national newspaper. I'm comfortable writing in both formal and conversational tones, and I always aim to make my content clear, engaging, and well-structured.

I have experience in Software QA Testing, including both software and hardware functions, such as testing printer drivers to ensure the device works smoothly with the application. I’ve tested across platforms like Windows, Mac, and Linux, focusing on functionality, usability, and system compatibility. I also have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which helps me align my testing with each stage of the development process.

I have experience in Social Media Management, handling accounts for small businesses like a car rental service and a hair accessory brand. I created engaging captions, designed pubmats using Canva, and scheduled posts based on brand needs. I’m also able to write captions on the spot and create news articles, thanks to my background in journalism and article writing. I use tools like CapCut and Photoshop to edit content and enhance the overall online presence.

I have 3 years of experience using JIRA to report bugs and track issues throughout the testing process. I use it to log detailed bug reports, update statuses, and collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. It has been a key tool in keeping my testing work organized and aligned with the project timeline.
