English is the language at which I am most proficient.
Correct English was mandatory at the household in which I grew up, and, together with voracious reading, has ensured me an extensive vocabulary and superior grammar.
My English is by default devoid of Philippine colloquialisms and does not need Americanization or restructuring into the Queen's English.
My English proficiency was central to two past jobs.
One was at a contact center owned, operated by and for a Hotel chain where my position had bilingual (with Spanish) requirements.
Another job had me working online, from home, writing technical scripts for instructional videos.
