Profile Description

As a Warehouse Coordinator / Inventory Controller, I am the main point of contact between our company and our three warehouses. I assist both internal and external customer queries and ensure that our company maintains good relationship with our warehouses. I also make sure that our inventory are always ready for any orders we might receive from our clients.
I'm also an Order Processing Associate. I process orders in the system and create invoices. In this role, I make sure to maintain good relationship with our Sales Team and Finance Team. I also maintain good
relationship with our customers to ensure that orders keeps on coming.
Another role I used to do before I got promoted to the Warehouse Coordinator is Fulfilment Coordinator. Since we handle subscription products, I am responsible in processing bulk orders for all our subscribers and work hand in hand with our warehouse, production and finance department.
As an order managment associate,I have been promoted from one role to another hence my skill set can perform an end to end process instead of passing one task to multiple channels/department.
