Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 3 years and has been on different types of scope of support for different companies but my field of expertise would be as a customer service personnel as that is the field where I enjoy doing the most. I love talking to people and helping them with their problems or answering their inquiries about the products/services that we offer. It gives me satisfaction knowing that someone needs my help and I was able to lend them a hand by giving them an excellent customer experience as that is one ways that makes a company gain their customer's loyalty to them. My experience as a CSA as well polished me in dealing with different types of people and I've also acquired additional skills that would put me on top such as technical skills like basic computer & internet connectivity troubleshooting,data entry and research and I also have designing skills and uses Adobe Photoshop CS5 as the software to designs like birthday cards, tarpaulins and photo enhancements. I am very flexible with any types of work whether it can be research,appointment setting or anything that a virtual assistant does I am very confident in doing so.
I want to work for a company/organization that will allow me to further enhance my skills and at the same time give me an opportunity to excel. A long-term and stable job is what I am looking for.
