Profile Description

I used to work in a several BPO company where I do multi-tasking like answering calls while dealing with their concerns in providing their needs. I usually use Google search engines and some programmed methods for faster and reliable sources.
I have been expose to customer services since i got into college, I was a working student then, and got some professional jobs after college. I worked as a Bank teller, Administrative assistant, Assistant Manager in an American fast food chain here in the country, and Customer Service Representative.
Providing customers service satisfaction is my passion, working and dealing with the foreign clients is such a challenge. Sharing my knowledge and ability will help other grow and myself as well.
