I've been in the contact center for 6 years now. A mixed role of customer service and technical support representative. Through those years, I have acquired relevant skills and experience. I have also worked eagerly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills, which I will put to use in my future career best. I am fast learner because I believe that for us to gain new knowledge we have to have cups half full. I am passionate and resilient type of person. I do not just give up. I will always make sure that all options are being utilized. I can say that problem solving under pressure is my best quality. Because I believe that no matter the circumstances are, if you stay focus, and calm, you will definitely achieve great reward.
