I am currently employed at one of the Call centers near Mall of Asia. I had worked as a customer service representative for more than five years and was promoted to Quality specialist. I have been scoring and monitoring calls of our front liners for more than two years now. As a quality specialist we make sure that our agents are following the programs process and delivers customer quality service. Once we identify agent's areas of development and opportunities for improvement..we deliver them through writing and if given the chance, personally coach the agents.
