I have been working in a call center industry for more than 8 years.
I first worked as an outbound CSR (telemarketer) selling credit cards.
Then I was hired as a CSR for a financial account in UK (CAPITAL ONE BANK).
I also worked as a CSR handling a TELECOM account and handling non-stop calls from subscribers. Helping them financially and technically.
I can also say that I am an expert handling calls and talking to customer when it comes to their health benefit. My last experience was as a voice and data services manager wherein I am handling work order from different US companies. The usual work order is to install phone system with internet connections for their large business. The usual timeframe for each order is 1 month. I could say thay I am a very capable of any customer service job as I am dedicated to customer satisfaction.
