? Check if the company is in compliance with the reportorial requirements with the government agencies.
? Conduct surprise cash count on all funds maintained by the company.
? Check bank reconciliation for any unusual transaction and long outstanding reconciling item. As well as review its adjusting entries.
? Review accounting records and assess their adequacy for maintaining accurate and complete records.
? Verify the accuracy and completeness of the supporting documents.
? Check if authorized personnel properly approved disbursement.
? Check if expenditures are within the approved budget, and their proper approval.
? Check if inter-branch transfer were captured on timely basis reconciled.
? Prepare Financial Statement monthly and annually basis.
? Prepare creditable withholding tax on compensation, expanded monthly and quarterly VAT, quarterly and annually income tax return.
? Prepare Government Report (SSS, Phil health )
