Profile Description

I have spent my last six years in providing client support and performing administrative functions from managerial to executive level in an international corporation, as well as in a multilevel marketing company. My work experiences have covered almost all areas of customer service, project coordination, administrative functions, and also events management, which have been my solid foundation in this specialization through the years.
I started as an Executive Assistant in Del Monte Philippines, Inc. and served the Exports Department President and his manager. As their EA, I had been exposed from basic administrative functions, to relating to their clients, assisting them in their travel arrangements, meetings, and creation of reports and presentations. I was trained in presentations and did minutes of the meetings. My typing skill is at 75 wpm. My next working experience, being an Account Executive, allowed me to explore and discover wider range of customer service and administrative functions, as well as to be trained in project coordination and events management. I can get along well with people of diverse culture having been equipped with significant insights into different cultures as a result of my travels abroad for international corporate-initiated trainings and events. I was promoted to Senior Account Executive after a while, and took on more responsibilities encompassing high level of problem solving, decision-making, supervision of a team, and as an integral part of company’s Ad-hoc committees. I am proficient in the use of MS Office Applications like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Lync, and MS Outlook and is experienced in creating correspondences, customer satisfaction surveys, and SOPs. At work, I ensure that details and information are consistent and accurate to the best of my knowledge and capacity to observe. In a competitive team of three, I supervised two Account Executives and led the team in account and events management. I always ensure we deliver our tasks according to the timeline and even aim to finish it before the given deadline. My expertise in excellent customer service and wide experience in administrative functions as well as remarkable exposure to events management opened the door for me to eventually serve the Managing Director of one of the subsidiaries of the Qi Group of Companies as his Executive Assistant / Project Manager. During my time in this position, I was the key point person with regard to his schedule and projects. I assisted him from personal errands to office works, travel arrangements and scheduling, aligning him with the status of his projects, and coordinating for him his projects with the rest of his team members and managers.
