Profile Description

As a Leasing Assistant I am responsible for entertain & interviewing prospective tenants application.
I prepare for Lease Proposal, Award Notices and briefing of Mall House Rules and Regulations. Part of my job is to ensure that lease contract is being complied by our tenants, more specifically on their permitted merchandise.
I also prepare letter reminding tenant to refrain from practices which violates provisions on the lease contract.
From time to time or when need arises, I conduct tenant scouting to get possible tenants that can be a good add to our existing tenants mix.
I am also very much expose to accounting works since I've a accounting assistant with the same company for almost five years.
I am very flexible and willing to learn new things for my development.
