Profile Description

As a Data Technician, I am responsible for the collection,retrieval of information. I read,verify and make sure that the information keyed on the database are efficient, accurate and must be detailed oriented as required to generates data reports.
As a Documentation Assistant, I see to it that the information I entered in the system is correct and verified to its actual item. I also make sure the documents are in proper filling so that it will be easily retrieved when needed. I prepare necessary documents for the items before it will be shipped out of our office and see to it that the good are in good condition. I can perform task such as receiving,scanning, and locating of parts/items.(e.g. parts of printers)
As a Logistics Assistant my task is to monitor the operation, staffs working in the warehouse and report to the immediate supervisor any discrepancies/irregularities found. Verifying and checking of
the items/parts upon receiving and before shipping out to ensure the quality and the condition is good to avoid conflicts and problems with the clients overseas.
I am thorough, hardworking, can handle time pressure and flexible worker.
