I could
do a little tech support. I don't know if you're familiar with magicjack, but if you are, I have worked (summer job) as one of it's tech support (chat assistance)
two years ago.
I'm also a fresh graduate in medical technology (Medical Laboratory Scientist). Although I don't have any job experience as a medical technologist since i wanted to take up medicine but couldn't due to financial constraints. I only have one year experience in the laboratory, and that was during my internship.
I am familiar with some medical terms.
