I have worked in an electronic company as a production worker for over 8 years and the last 3 years I spent most of it working as a team leafer for a group which promotes better work area in the company. Aside from the common duty as a team leader, I also did data encoding jobs for all the other teams documents, and at the same time translating the documents from Tagalog to English since most of the documents are to be presented to both Filipino and Japanese bosses.
