I started working in the BPO industry way back 2004. Been through different types of accounts, campaigns and all. I have experience with Techinical support like solving problems for callers of Sony US. Mainly, their cameras, camcorders, and digital walkman. I'm very good with multi-tasking as I am able to, simultaneously troubleshoot issues while using a guide in front of me through the computer and as well logging it in a system provided by Sony. Afterwards, I was exposed to telemarketing. We were selling teeth-whitening products, fat-loss and even google tool kits on how to make money online. Then transferring to a different company, I discovered that I have skills in collections and even got promoted as a Team leader. I stayed in that company for 3 years catering for Citibank Credit Card holders in the US. Making sure not only that we collect and make our clients' accounts current but also providing excellent customer service. Then my recent job that I got last year which ended this year is a combination of Customer Service and Technical Support for Barclays UK. Other than these, I am good with my interpersonal skills because I love being around with people and working with people.
