I am an experienced and dedicated Paraplanner with a solid and sound understanding of the Australian financial services industry. I have been in different roles since I started in this industry giving me an opportunity to be well-rounded in financial planning processes.
I have worked in the Financial Planning Services for more than 7 years now (started in 2015). During this time, I have been in different roles: Client Service Officer (Financial Planning Assistant), Paraplanner, Associate Adviser (Strategist) and Team Manager. My comprehensive experience gave me the opportunity to better understand the financial advice process as a whole.
I completed my Diploma of Financial Planning (RG 146) in 2019. However, I started writing plans (SoA and RoA) in 2017whilst I was still completing the course.
Prior to landing in the Financial Planning world, I was working in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for 3 years as a Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist. I also had face-to-face Customer Service experience when working in fast-food chains and in the supermarket when I was still a student. My customer service experience would sum up to ten years of combining face-to-face and telephone-based.
My real strength is I am highly coachable and am hungry for success - always chasing continuous growth.
As I progress with my career, I would like to focus on Paraplanning because I fell in love with it. My goal is to provide high quality and compliant advice documents for the advisers with the utmost attention to detail so they will have more time with the client-facing activities.
My combined experience with Customer Service and Financial Planning Services along with the important personal skills I always carry with me constitute my great skill set - I would love to help you grow your business.
