I have an in depth background in customer service as having worked as a Customer representative for almost 3 years. Apart from that, I also worked as a Quality assurance analyst, doing call monitoring, feedback and analysis using SQL. Lastly, I finished a degree in law which makes me suitable for a job involving legal matters. I am a straightforward person. I don't usually brag to impress but I want the employer to discover my talent and capabilities as a worker and through the results of my undertakings and not because he was drawn to my good writing skills.
