Profile Description

I have proven that I am responsible, trustworthy, and dependable person. I can work with minimum supervision of course with clear instructions from my superior.
I have seven years of extensive accounting experience particularly in processing disbursements, variance analysis of expenses, payroll, petty cash management, issuance of expanded withholding tax certificates, general ledger accounts reconciliations, monthly adjusting entries, fixed assets and prepayments monitoring and monthly lapsing schedules, revenue reports, billing and collection, revenue forecasting, year end-physical count of inventories and audit schedules. I have given also an opportunity to handle treasury functions such as check preparations, check custodianship, all insurance
matters, daily and weekly cash position, monthly cash projection, point person on SAP system issue and improvements for treasury-disbursement, suggest and maintain internal controls if necessary and I even train and supervise people on treasury. I got to be one of the pioneer of using SAP and responsible on the smooth transition from the old system. I am good in customer service by interacting harmoniously and providing their needs whether internal or external customers.
With my perseverance and determination I have been absorbed and promoted from a project-hired employee to a permanent position as assistant into an Accountant.
