- Social media(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)- Graphics Designer- Blogger- Can do all marketing materials that will be used in blogs and other social media post- Email Marketing Specialist(using MailChimp and Benchmark email as a tool) - Chat Support Specialist in Upgrade to see actual info and creating a ticket using Zendesk.  Chat/E-mail Support Specialist-Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and chat within the assigned turnaround time and develop strong customer relationships.-Build customer relationships as part of the sales process.-Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat.-Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all related customer issues.Customer Service Rep/Tech. Support Rep.-Answering product and service inquiries by potential customers; suggesting information about other products and services.-Opens customer accounts by recording account information.-Maintains customer records by updating account information.-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
