Currently, I lead a customer service team that communicates and handle orders from worldwide customers mostly through e-mail. Our work is related to publishing books, posters and other printed materials. I do data encoding, data analysis, handle the quality management system of our office and currently working on procurement tasks as a reliever to a colleague. Prior to shifting my career to Management, I used to work as an electronic graphic designer since I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts major in Advertising.
