I have over 5 years experience in the Call Center Industry as Technical Support Representative and Customer Service Rep.I already handled several accounts. The first one would be with Singtel as Customer service associate its more on answering queries and offering their new product which is a cable box to their existing customers.Second account that ive handled is Verizon DSL as Tier 1 Network specialist.What we do is we take calls from customers who are having issues with their internet connnection and thinking of a better solution by asking the customer to do some troubleshooting to be able for us to identify the cause of it.The last account that ive handled is Bell Canada IPTV and DSL i worked there as Tier 2 Network specialist.I receive calls from technicians who are either installing the IPTV or DSL service to the customers premise or repairing the service.i also take calls from tier 1 network specialist. Checking if they have exhausted all the troubleshooting steps and then ill
create a ticket for the dispatch.we also receive calls sometimes from customers who are having ongoing issues we are the ones who deal with them.
Im very good with multitasking and with ticket creation.Im a fast learner since im computer savvy.I have worked as a Virtual assistant with a communications company for a round 6 months.Have done things like updating their database and checking is everything is correct and taking calls.
