Profile Description

I graduated from the University of the Philippines in Miag-ao, Iloilo with a bachelor’s degree in Biology last April of 2006. I have an extensive experience in the field of Customer Service as a call center agent to american clients, Administrative/secretarial, Research, Human Resource, and Sales. I have undergone different trainings from the past; for instance, English Training Skills and Soft Skills Training.
My skills and abilities acquired from my previous work and trainings may serve as preference to whatever available vacancies your company may offer. I am confident that I can perform my duties well for I possess qualities such as good communication skills (verbal and written), computer literate, can multitask effectively, perform tasks under minimum supervision from the superior, ability to deal and interact with different kinds of people effectively and politely.
