I have been working as a Quality Assurance Analyst and now Trainer for a market research company for 5 years now. I am very keen to details since my job description includes monitoring calls for quality assurance purposes. I make sure standard protocols are being followed along with evaluating employees communication skills - provide training as necessary - for a more effective data gathering. I have my own personal blog where I write few travel experiences
I have gained for the past few years. I am hoping to get a job online to earn more and to fill in vacant afternoon hours productively.
