Profile Description

I am a College graduate with a degree in Business Administration major in Marketing from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. I am also a Licensed Teacher in which I have earned a Certificate in teaching from Philippine Normal University. I've been with the Call Center Industry for 4 years and I am presently employed in Convergys Philippines in which I am a Technical Support Specialist for Hewlett Packard Printers specializing in Mac Computers. We mostly handle cases about wireless connectivity issues and do soft selling on the side. I am a regular employee and been with them for less than a year already. Back in 2012, when I was still in school trying to earn my certificate for teaching, I was an academic tutor to elementary and high school students specializing in Basic MAth (elementary math and algebra) and English. I also handled an incoming nursery student and taught him how to read and write. I guess, what I can really brag about is that my vast call center experience really allowed me to learn and develop the ability to handle difficult situations, it honed my skills in communication, it taught me how to adjust myself to different kinds of people and it made me realize how quality service is important in achieving ones goals.
