I am a home-based freelancer based in the Philippines. I have real call center experience in telemarketing, lead generation and appointment setting for various clients from the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
I have experienced in Telephone handling as I have worked in a Sales and Marketing company for almost 4 years as a Telemarketer, Team Leader, Production Leader, Quality Analyst and an Account Manager . Is good in setting up appointments and getting sales/leads based on clients specification. Can do research works and email handling/email marketing projects. I can also do the responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Analyst and can do Audio editing.
I am an experienced account manager with extensive call center experience, not only in making calls,
also in accounts management and quality assurance. As an Account Manager, I make sure that agents are providing high quality calls that your company needs.
I also have experienced in SEO, Article writing, spinning and submission using eZine Article, Article Samurai and Unique Article Wizard, Video creation using MS Powerpoint and camtasia, and Audio editing.
