Profile Description

BASIC Functions
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely creation of FG’s to support factory’s WIP tracking requirement and billing references.
Upload Customer Process Flow (CPF) & SWR (Special Work Request) Flow in SAP System to Test PDB System (WC400) thru defined Loading Sheet (LS).
This takes into considerations correct & appropriate:
- Test operations/ conditions
- Customer’s special instructions
- Bin definition in MESA system
• Reviews and ensures accurate and updated Data on the Loading Sheet (LS) template for a common available reference in FG creation.
- Updates the Loading Sheet (LS) with new Test conditions, operations, tester, handler & BOM materials.
- Coordinates with IE about the needed updates for new PDL, Machines (Testers/Handlers), Work Centers, Standard time and alike.
Once the set of data are confirmed, LS update will follow.
• Communicates and seeks disposition from concerned groups or individuals for documentation
discrepancies during data review and uploading. Maintains error tracking report and monitor & feedback errors to concerned groups to ensure compliance to SAP Master Data accuracy as well as lead time on issue resolution.
• Work on new equipment, operation and condition enrollment with ATK IE.
• Performs the following Main Test PDB, SWR and MESA functions:
- Manual (CGPP) Change Pin process which is in proper sequence with SAP_PRD system.
- Lot transfer from a given process station to a defined target station.
- Move Non-Standard (MVNS) from a current process location to the identified test process station.
- Mother Device User Enrollment & Security Maintenance.
- Lot monitoring & selective manufacturing transactions for use in system & transaction error trouble shooting.
- WIP Message creation/ editing/ & deletion on a per pin or per lot basis.
- Electrical Test Binning definitions (standard and/or customer specific set-up)
- Validate prototype LTC as againts the generated flow in the SAP system prior manufacturing
implementation.
• WC400 & Billing Related responsibilities
are as
follows:
- Sending SWR to AM/BCR for test code update (Billing purposes)
- Coordinate closely with Amkor billing representatives and Account Managers for pin needing billing codes for added process beyond the standard requirement of the (CPF) Customer Process Flow. Responsible to update EPXPINP (TestPIN) on WC400 system
- Coordinates SAP / PDB’s related
billing issue of Probe and TEST
CORE Functions
• SAP Master Data Audit, Reports & Monitoring.
- Performs scheduled Master Data routine review in a specified coverage (Weekly. Monthly, etc.) & conduct necessary corrections plus latest updates.
- Major cleansing affecting P.O./Billing, WIP, and with customer related matters as well as Global Amkor SAP concerns.
- Weekly Test MDM reports & group updates.
- Generation of Customized Reports/ SAP Data to Eng’g and PC team fo data reference.
• SAP System Error support.
Core Team coordinates & collaborate with other SAP Teams to immediately resolve & define permanent fix for problems as stated below:
- Supports PC with SO/PO creation & interface errors. (PC support)
- Helps activities related to MDM to resolve Storage Loc. Error, PO confirm I/F, GR/GI errors, Qty. Correction, Monthly-End Closing, PECs. (PP support)
- Assists to GI to P.O. Errors problem resolutions. (MM support)
- Check & validate MDM related matters concerning Lot Ageing & D.O. errors. (SD support)
• SAP-ICS Project/ SAP version upgrades & System Enhancement support/functions:
- Initiates SAP projects for MDM related improvements.
- SDLC generations.
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) / Program buy-off.
• SAP-MDM Global Support
- On-site and Off-site back-up MDM activities.
(World Wide support)
- Workshops for specific SAP area improvement.
- Trainings
(fan-out/ hands-on) for other sites.
• OTHER Responsibilities/ Tasks of ATP SAP-TEST MDM Personnel are:
- Also supports Test projects related to MESA, SAP.
- Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of TPDB/SAP procedure specification at ALL times.
- Technical interface with Production/PC/PE/QA/CS/Pre-assy/TDT.
- Support Environmental
Management
System with respect to the job.
