I've been working in a BPO industry as a call center agent for over 4 years. As an agent we are highly trained to do multi-tasking jobs. Taking calls while processing complete documentation on the task at hand. Being an agent made me widen my comprehension on being a good listener; what issues that needs more attention and that has to be resolve immediately; and take possession on the matter to provide excellent customer service.
