Profile Description

English as my second language has become as instinctive as riding a bike. I am looking for writing or speaking tasks (e.g. medical transcription, ESL tutorial, encoding, customer service/sales) that I will productively execute while having fun. I worked as a Sales Specialist and Customer Service Expert for Dish Network in 2012. Moreover, I have a government-issued certification (TESDA NCII) as a Medical Transcriptionist and a recommendation as a high-level English speaker. Possessing a strong customer service orientation and having worked as an English proficiency trainer, I am confident that I offer balanced skills and work ethic so we can collaborate to forge a mutually beneficial, professional partnership.
