Profile Description

I have been working on a realestate as an admin assistant for more than 2 years now. In-charge at the back office processing finance application, liaise with the broker, builder, real estate agents and conveyancer. Basically, entire process of the sales ---------- ng emails, Basic Accounting, monitoring payment schedules, collectibles and do default letters for clients on arrears.
I also worked as a customer service representative handling Inbound and Outbound calls. Qualifying buyers, qualifying distress sellers and setting ---------- g House and land packages and Rent to own houses. Do cold Calling for cash buyers and investors.
I also have an experienced in FSBO ---------- Local listings and basic social media management. Creating Market report by generating after Repair Value and ---------- Generation task which I
manually research distress sellers according to my clients preferences and target areas. Experienced scraping leads as well through Online Lead finder.
