Profile Description

I am an accountant by profession handling finances and accounting requirement of my organization.
Since the organization that I belong is a school, I also teach my profession (accountancy) to college student.
I am the one handling and in-charge of the daily operational movement of cash and other funds, processing of payables, reconciling financial figures, auditing the work of the cashier, registrar and other staff with regards to document preparation, preparing the financial statement, reviewing the the financial statements and proposing and making budgets for the whole organization.
I also worked for one of the top corporations here in the Philippines engaged into manufacturing. During that time, I was assigned twice to be part of a special team to deal with uncollectible accounts.
We traced all the possible documents to support our organization's claims.
We reconciled and cleared all the floating figures in our financial statement.
Ultimately, we were able to collect millions of uncollected accounts that had been floating into the account receivable report for a long period of time.
I have used the financial module of the SAP system.
I am very much capable of using the microsoft excel, word, powerpoint and publisher.
I have also used visio.
One of my part-time job is designing digital graphics for tarpaulin posters/billboards, invitations, brochures, event programmes and even school yearbook/annual.
My meticulous and passionate character is I what makes me an effective worker/employee in every organization that I belong.
Although a newbie into "online career/job" field, I am always willing and grateful to be trained.
I have been a promoter to my students to never stop learning and with that I am always open for new knowledge, skills and even attitude that I need to learn in order for me to be successful and to be an effective and productive employee/worker of an organization.
