I'm currently employed as a Senior Associate in one of the prestigious companies of call centers here in the Philippines. I usually take supervisory calls, doing FCR and survey scrubs with the agents I'm handling, doing Coaching and Call Listening with them. Provide real time feedback if there is, do supervisory reporting for auxes and I do technical support internet troubleshooting for Australian customers. I make them feel that were here as a consultant to help. As an additional task, I do Communication Clinics and Roll outs in sharing best practices to my agents.
