Profile Description

I am currently working as a Product Support Specialist and have an overall 5 years experience in the BPO industry.
I also worked as a Technical Support Representative and Subject Matter Expert wherein i get to assist newly hired employees and assisst them with familiarizing with the products that we support.
I provide support, training and consulting as needed for clients using the products that we have.
Also do coaching and talks to new hires/front of house agents and provide an outlook about the process that we have in our the account
I am currently assisting Property Managers in recording transactions such as bills and payments and basic Book Keeping. I also have experience in reviewing issues with the Clients to establish the true source of problem, i.e., a software issue or configuration/ set-up error.
I also have knowledge in planning and designing, i took up Architecture and practices my learnings and applying it by accepting Projects from clients.
I do 2D and 3D drawings, initial conceptualizing to encoding and laying out plans using AutoCadd.
I have designed housing, Commercial Buildings, Resorts and Mixed-Type Buildings.
