Virtual Assistant/Team Lead/Lead Qualifier/Lead Generator /Telemarketer/Appointment setter/MCA LEADS  
My freelancer/Homebase career started as a virtual assistant wayback 2011 then switching to being a Merchant Cash Advance Lead Qualifier in 2015. My aim is to be a part of a dynamic organization where I could put to use my skills;I have been part of a call center industry for over 4 years with three (3) different positions. Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative and Technical Support. Currently I am into MCA lead Qualifying, appointment setting,Cold Calling and Warm Calling as well as lead cultivating and have been loving this job since then. I am also Nurse by profession.
I worked as a CSR for a financial account. Specifically, I did handle calls related to billing,contribution, debit and credit card transaction. At times, I do encounter irate clients since wee are dealing with their salaries and deduction.I am proud to say that during my stay with ACS i receive commendations from our client.
I was separated with ACS,December 2011. I apply for a different company, C3/customercontactchannel and fortunately I also got hired for a customer service/technical support/sales representative. I was assigned to a telco or telecommunication account. I do answer calls regarding billing inquiry, plan details, phone information and features. I also answer emails regarding phone model inquiry or availability. I also check with postal and delivery services when it comes to phone and accessory orders. I mainly deal with american clients so i am proud to say that I have a good american accent and it was never a problem to me understanding them as well. I also do sales for phone features,phone lines as well as phone odel and i am very proud to say that I am rank number 2 on our site for making the most sales with transition speeches and with any fraud on any of my sales. I stayed with C3 from February 2012 - December 2012. I right now I am fully separated with them
Right now I do stay at home and try to venture into online jobs. I can working on shifting hours. PST, EST or CST. I can work24/7 since im just at home. I have a laptop and a desktop that have a good and fast internet connection. I have wired and wireless connection since I am using my laptop sometimes. I also have a broadband stick in case i need to be on the road. I also have an android which have an unlimited internet connection so being on the web is never a problem for me.
