I started my career in a Merchandising Office as an Executive secretary to the VP.I act as the middle person between the VP and the merchandising team. I gained experience in dealing with various departments, learned the ways of running a business and how to cope with competition. Then I worked as customer care representative in a Multinational company for Telecom account. We provide customer care and up-sell telecom offers and services to customers in US. I learned how good customer service is rendered and the techniques when pitching in sales. Then I became part of another Multinational company catering cable services to all US customers. I was a customer rep handling billing concerns before I was moved to Tier 2 where we handle escalated calls. Then I got promoted as Team Leader Intern and I was able to handle and manage people with various personalities and goals. I gained experiences in providing “one call resolution”, providing feedback/coaching, timekeeping and dealing with differences.I am currently hired under an IT company and started as a bid support specialist assisting sellers from North America. We help sellers on contract organization, pricing creation, etc. that are necessary before presenting to customer.I was then moved to the contract analyst role to help with reviewing signed contracts and related documents before registering for revenue recognition. I became a contract analyst advisor which was a role originally for US only and I handle all contracts and oversee the team’s performance when handling their contracts and ensuring that signings are activated and uploaded in the system. I have to make sure that the team is calibrated and updated with the process guidelines. I coordinate with various teams abroad when necessary to make the registration possible. I was also cross trained for Intellectual Capital or Market Research to support for Proposal creation. I was also a Change Management focal that provides function in implementing new process and guidelines. Now, I am a Bid Manager and is currently supporting sellers and executives in winning a proposal by making sure that the proposal document is aligned and equipped with best offers and solution to win potential customers. I am hardworking, works with minimal supervision, keen to details, open minded, thinks out of the box and learns easily. My objective is to always be an asset to my company or employer and by making sure to provide the best quality output at all times.
