Right after graduating from college, I was immediately involved with the BPO industry from being a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Trainer, Team Leader, Sr. Team Leader and Account Manager. I have also been actively doing freelance training for Customer Service for specific sectors like the BPO, Restaurant and Hotel Industries.
I have worked as a Personal Assistant and has been assigned to our former mayor, now congressman-elect Evelio Leonardia and my work consists of schedule negotiations, reminders, schedule updates, admin tasks, research and implementation and even being an advance party.
