Profile Description

I am a very observant person. I've developed that skill from my 10 year experience in the BPO industry. I've learned that knee jerk reactions to some certain situations may cause more problems than solve the issue. I've learned and acquired the skill of observing then analyzing the situation and then formulating the appropriate reaction/solution to certain issues/problems is the best way to go about things. I also strongly believe that I have developed a very strong spoken and written English skill with the length of my experience. I also strongly believe that good leaders develop people who will in turn become leaders themselves. This is done primarily by showing them where they are and where they need to be. Ensuring that people are committed to achieving their goals by getting their buy in on the solution.
