• Monitoring Agent’s performance daily by listening to and evaluating calls based on client’s goals and expectations.
• Attends and participates in calibration sessions (internal and external) to ensure consistency in scoring evaluations.
• Attends and participates in meetings with QA team managers, QA coordinators and QA Managers to ensure consistency in scoring evaluations
• Maintains agent’s evaluation files to ensure accurate and consistent documentation is kept for dissemination to other departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
