I have 4 years of experience when it comes to delivering not just good but outstanding customer service. I have worked with some of the biggest names or account on BPO industry. I went from General Support, Billing Support and Technical Support.
These experiences I had with those companies enhanced and harnessed my skills. Multi-tasking will never be an issue. I know the importance of time management. It's a must on my field of work.
Satisfaction of every client and customer is my main goal. I myself hates bad customer service and hates hearing that I'm not good enough. It hurts my ego cause I'm very competitive.
I had several communication training as well as managing people training. So, conversing even though I'm asian will never be an issue.
I had cultural training for UK, AUSTRALIA and USA.
What I can guarantee is that I will be an asset for you and I can give you the work that you paid me for. I believe mindset and attitude towards satisfying the client is the key in this kind of field and my previous companies showed me how to do it with efficiency.
