presently, i'm working as a csr- answering calls from US customers who want to activate phones (android, smartphones, etc). we are called number porting specialist, transfering phone lines from carrier to carrier. we help customers in programming phones after the port is completely transfered.
i'm an encoder by profession switched to call center business because call center is a "sunshine industry". i worked with lots of accts- hotel reservation specialist, credit card specialist, airline reservation specialist, retention specialist, satellite radio and and now number porting specialist.
