Profile Description

I've been working in the in BPO industry since 2011 catering sales, voice and non voice account. I've worked in a different call centre's here in the Philippines.  I started as a Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter back in 2019, through this experiences I was able to gain skills negotiation, my interpersonal skills and my communication skills. Doing all the task and meeting quotas, I was recognized and awarded as a Top Seller for multiple times. I also have (3) three years working experience, as a Customer Service Representative, Part from the Executive Resolution Department, Technical Support for an Inbound Account, dealing with Credit Cards/Banking Information and (1)One year of experience as a Educational Planning Consultant to an Outbound Account. I do also have additional experience and skills such as, Copy writing, Data entry, Display ads, Editing, Selling, Chat Support, Classified Posting. I will work hard and figure all the possible things that will help, In order for me to have a stable and long term job where I can help building you business.
