Profile Description

Throughout my working years I have done work as a Writer, a Graphic Artist, and I have worked as an English teacher. I have held managerial positions that required such skills as typing, business administrative tasks, managing people, and organizing and planning projects.
-Writing and English Teaching Experience-
At Carrot English Korea I taught English to Korean students via the phone for over 5 years, and I have written custom textbooks for Carrot English of Korea. As a teacher, I have also worked in the Philippines as an instructor preparing students to take the IELTS( English proficiency exam). In addition, I created a great deal of the written content for the websites I created while working for various small advertising companies.
-Graphic Artist-
I have worked for a variety of US companies doing a a multitude of graphic art tasks to include but not limited to the following. Logo creation for customers, sign type advertising to appear in stores like WalMart, KMart, IGA grocery stores etc. In addition, I have created websites for companies using CSS Word Press style sites, and websites using Microsoft Expression and Adobe Dreamweaver. I have worked for TD Marketing Concepts for 2 years, Signs of Success currently working doing doing part-time work (only doing their over-flow work), Progressive Marketing Concepts 2 years, and Creative Innovations 20 plus years until the untimely death of the owner recently.
Self-Motivated Worker
I have worked unaided and unsupervised for most of my life. I am a hard worker who works well in this environment and does what it takes to get the job done. I consider myself someone who is a problem solver who looks for solutions rather than focusing on the problem. I am looking forward to working with a stable company for a long-term relationship if possible.
Skills Not Mentioned
I have a degree in Business Administration and have worked in a managerial role with several of the companies that I have worked for over the years. I am experienced and formally trained in
the following programs. Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Expression, and Excel. I also am trained on Corel Draw, Corel Paint, Adobe Illustrator, Adboe Photoshop, and Adobe Dreamweaver. I am an experienced user/creator of a variety of different Word Press sites. I can create or manage websites and am comfortable editing HTML code in the sites if needed. I also am very comfortable performing standard business administrative tasks. I can type at between 60 and 70 words per minute, and I am very familiar working in Windows XP, and Windows 7 and 8. This is only any overview of my experience and would welcome discussing my qualifications further if needed.
