Profile Description

I am tasked to address defects of the data provided to complete the e-invoicing process of our clients using Notepad++. Analysis is very crucial in the role for me to be able to adjust the codes for the program to work. At times when there would be issues on the supplier's end, I would be communicating with them through email and/or phone. Over the span of three months from the end of May 2014, I've also contributed in keeping the quality of the email/phone communication of the team. I maintain professionalism and integrity most especially with the sensitive information we take from clients. I started without any programming background but have proven my competitiveness as seen with my development work time as of date. I am able to process different kinds of training since I was a communication analyst/professional skills trainer. I use the communicative language and task-based approaches. I also evaluate training from curriculum to execution. I did week and month-end reports that honed me in using Microsoft Excel.
