Profile Description

I was a hands-on Customer Service Representative for a respectable BPO firm. My experience as a CSR enables me to learn a lot in administrative and technical support tasks.
I am a dedicated, motivated, hardworking and skilled individual who is very keen to details and committed to excellence in everything that I do. I am proficient with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Outlook. Experienced as well with internet marketing, data entry, data mining, data scraping, download and uploads of images, drop shipping, email management, email list development and lead page creation.
I believe my experience as a Customer Service Representative and my research and writing skills qualify me for consideration. I am basically online almost 20 hours a day and can start work immediately.
